Heavy construction began around 4:00 AM this Saturday morning at the Harrison Ave work site, with dump trucks, heavy machinery, bright work lights, and significant noise waking residents throughout the surrounding buildings. The crew had stopped work around 3:00 PM yesterday, yet returned before dawn today. Starting this type of disruptive construction at 4:00 AM on a Saturday is completely uncalled for for a residential neighborhood. Please investigate immediately and enforce the permitted construction hours.

Construction work began at approximately 4:00 AM this morning, Saturday, outside 390 Harrison Ave. And Berkeley Street The noise is extremely loud and disruptive. And this is unacceptable. This is two hours before Boston’s permitted 7:00 AM start time for construction noise. This has been an ongoing issue at this site despite prior complaints. Please investigate and enforce the permitted construction hours and provide a detailed response of your actions. This is completely unacceptable
