    Drilling on phillips street (by 59 Phillips street, Boston 02114) goes on from 6am to 2:30AM--the noise and vibrations from jackhammering are unbelievable. we have not been able to sleep for going on 3 days. There is no telling when this ends, the permit says the time of work is 7am-4PM during the day, but this is not what happens. We are going crazy.
