    Repeated noise complaints. Property at 5 Leamington Rd. in Brighton that was converted in to a halfway house last year sets off fire alarm endlessly. I’ve documented 25 instances (that I know of) of the alarm going off with responses from fire trucks, ambulances and police. Often happens around 10-11pm when people are trying to sleep. Happened again today at 6:40pm while eating dinner.
