    Porta potty from construction site clearly surpassing the property line. Reported multiple times already and always gets closed stating it wouldn’t. However, during snow days it was a real problem and blocked the path significantly. Strong smells are also not ideal. Can’t stay half on the walkway, illegal, no permit visible for occupying the walkway.
