    Wellness check for a building? 23 South Huntington Avenue, former Wok & Talk building. Alarms are going off, but no one is inside. Reporting to 311 as noise nuisance to the neighborhood. There is a high traffic bus stop at this address and the noise is unbearable for those waiting. The absent owners are taking no responsibility for this problem building.

    This is second night of super noisy (jackhammering) eversource work. This level of noise went on all night last night. I asked what they were doing and the house they are restoring power to has been vacant for two years so this is not emergency!! I should have the right to be able to sleep!!!.
