Lagrange St & Tamworth St
Absolutely unacceptable amounts of trash and cardboard on the sidewalk and street. This is my second report on the matter, although this is a regular occurrence of the last four years. First report was closed despite this never being cleaned two days later. Trash and cardboard remain and has accumulated. Unacceptable.
