At no point during the last several months has there been an operating heating system in the building for tenants to keep their apartments heated to city requirements of 68 degrees during the day. The property management company has been saying for nearly 2 months now that heat will be coming soon, but continues to delay the necessary repairs to furnish heat for its tenants.
