44 Soldiers Field Pl, Brighton, Ma, 02135 (Inactive)I am hearing continuous impact noise during quiet hours. It sounds like a dog jumping off furniture early in the morning. This has been happening since the tenants moved into the unit above mine. The noise repeatedly wakes me from sleep and is now affecting my health. Today alone the disturbances occurred at 2:30 AM, 3:38 AM, and 4:08 AM. I have repeatedly informed property management about this issue.
