    This VERMONT CAR in RESIDENT ONLY PARKING is BLOCKING THE DRIVEWAY AND WE CANNOT GET IN. It’s also HITTING the car behind it. PLEASE TOW ASAP. This is beyond bad behavior and breaking many rules. VT plates HKD770. 556 E 7th. We have so many open reports of out of state cars in resident only parking in this street, please, please do something about this.
