Poor Conditions of Property

Unacceptable Trash accumulation including biohazard waste products laying around the street and blowing onto private property from the DON ORIEN HOME on Seaview Avenue dumpster area. The exposed dumpsters have become so full so frequently it’s nuisance to the neighborhood and we request this issue be remedied ASAP. And to prevent future nuisance considering an enclosement to concealing the area would be beneficial.
