The driver rode onto a pedestrian walkway at 175 Washington St. Brighton, 02135 on 04/19/2026 at 20:20 hrs, where children and dogs were present. Massachusetts plate: 30670. This created a risk of injury to pedestrians. I would like this documented and referred appropriately.
