    EDIT: 101006415252 There is a discarded refrigerator with visible mold and debris in the common hallway outside my apartment door. It has been there since September 1, 2025. The refrigerator also blocks access to the building’s fire control panel, creating a potential safety hazard. I have notified the landlord multiple times, but they have not removed it. Today, the landlord stated they do not consider it an issue. This poses an unsanitary condition and a potential health and safety risk to residents. 197 Calumet.
