I am a tenant at 282 Bremen Street, Boston, MA (East Boston), Unit 401. Residents and guests have repeatedly used the 5th-floor rooftop terrace and lounge after the building's 10:00 PM quiet hours, frequently until 1:00 AM–5:00 AM. Documented incidents span December 20, 2025 through August 3, 2026. I have made multiple written complaints to property management and have placed the building on written notice. Boston Police have responded to the building on multiple occasions in response to my non-emergency calls, including dispatch no. P260372642 on August 1, 2026. The condition is caused in part by the broken/taped 5th-floor access door described in a separate 311 request (previously BCS-00279252). Please refer this request to the Inspectional Services Department for inspection. I previously reported this condition; Boston 311 case BCS-00258015 was created on 7/18/2026 and closed as "Resolved" on the same date. The condition has not been resolved. Please reopen or re-route to the Inspectional Services Department for an inspection of the door and its access-control hardware.
