    Address: 605 Truman Parkway, Hyde Park, MA 02136 Reason: Constant elevator issues such as entrapment and very poor maintenance. This elevator is also a hazard to those with physical disabilities affecting their mobility resulting in using stairs during a fire alarm activation or any type of emergency in addition to everyday use. Blocked by Boston Fire Department tape. (Picture was taken in the first floor/lobby). Sometimes building management doesn’t send out notices when the elevator will be fixed.
