87 Bailey St, Boston, MA 02124Large number of individuals blocking the sidewalk outside of 87 bailey street. This is a violation of city code 16-12.2 which states “no person shall saunter or loiter in in a street in such a manner as to obstruct travelers.” In addition to blocking the public sidewalk, they sell drugs in plain sight. Report filed to federal authorities for crimes (drug dealing and gang operation) + complaint of Boston PDs lack of action. Please send the police to clear the street of these people.
