    We sit in our living rooms and look out the windows and see people driving the wrong way on Dale street on a regular basis. The weather is warming and it is getting worse. Add to that the motor bikes. The kids are out of control so far no fatalities. Bicycles , cars , motor bikes bad combination. Can you post someone on Dale street for traffic regulations?
