    On July 15, a small construction vehicle nearby a construction site dragged a large metal dumpster along the street, causing very loud machine and scraping noise at 5.26am.

    42.238674, -71.133328. Readville station. next to track 2/parking lot. needle has been there for days. not sure if MBTA will clean it, they rarely respond to reports of litter.
