Illegal Parking
Intersection Of Devon St And Columbia Rd, Dorchester, MaGas-Powered Scooter Blocking Sidewalk – 229 Columbia Rd, Boston MA 02121 I would like to report a gas-powered scooter that has been parked on the sidewalk in front of 229 Columbia Rd in Boston, MA 02121. The scooter is obstructing the pedestrian walkway, making it difficult for people to pass safely. In addition, the scooter emits a strong gasoline odor, which is concerning for nearby residents, including elderly individuals living in the building. To my understanding, motorized vehicles such as gas-powered scooters are not permitted to be parked on public sidewalks. The obstruction also creates an accessibility issue for pedestrians. I respectfully request that the City inspect the situation and take appropriate action to remove the scooter or ensure it is parked legally. Location: Sidewalk directly in front of 229 Columbia Rd, Boston, MA 02121.
