    There’s a dog in the apartment building opposite mine that always cries all day into the night, sometimes as late as 9pm. I live in 228 South St Apt. 5, and I hear this dog cry daily. I just want to be sure the dog is being cared for and not neglected. I can’t tell if it’s crying because it has attachment issues with the owner or if it’s crying from mistreatment.

    Improper storage of trash. I live next door and am paying for pest control. We'll never make progress having to compete with this. I see rats around all the time.
