Residential Trash out Illegally

Arm chair, TV, and Air Fryer not properly disposed of. Have been reported here a handful of times, have been here since at least our 10/1 move in date. Mattress appeared last week. Several citations written. There are rats living inside the arm chair that are very protective of their home when we try to get to our cars, please help!

Construction and appliance trash in back of building “Reservoir Towers Apartments” since September, never covered, never picked up legally. Sometimes someone picks it up in vans and same day the property brings new construction trash over there. I have pictures from multiple days over past 3 months. This property doesn’t care that it’s back is someone’s front and main view
