I called in to South Boston dispatch that there was a vandalized scooter illegally parked on the sidewalk. Everything, the guts, the battery everything was pulled apart. Now two days three days later, somebody’s put everything back together, even though it’s still illegally parked and making it look like it’s intact. Now, as if it’s, you know a place where people put things and other people can come and get them (conjecture) tonight over and over a guy in a black scooter full facial covering keeps coming through the park Blackstone Square going to the bike and then leaving ; five minutes later he’s back Earlier I saw a guy cover it. It’s quite late right now, but the guy that keeps coming back, has his face fully covered and keeps going back to the bike now when I say fully covered, he does have half of his nose and his eyes showing and he is a black guy not Caucasian not Asian for sure so at least you have the race. But there’s something going on with this bike. It is exactly on San Juan St and Blackstone Square, Park in the south end and something extremely fishy is going on with this motor bike. So Again San Juan St where it dead ends into Blackstone Square and it’s on the sidewalk and it’s covered but the thing is completely derelict.
