44-46 Soldiers Field Pl, Boston, MA 02135I am requesting inspectional services come out to 44-46 Soldiers Field Road because of noise and structural issues in the building. It is clear that there is no insulation in between units which is affecting the quiet enjoyment of residents in the building because this is not just an animal issue only I am asking for it yo be done because it is violating the city noice ordinance structural health code violation under 105 CMR 410.700. [Rule 4] Please get inspectors out here ASAP.

Domestic Animal Issue
44-46 Soldiers Field Pl, Boston, MA 02135Continuous noise nuisance and structural impact vibrations inside my bedroom originating from Unit 305 at 2:30 AM on June 30, 2026, caused by an unregistered animal jumping off furniture onto uncarpeted floors. This structural noise disruption woke me out of my sleep, causing severe physical distress and violating the State Sanitary Code quiet enjoyment provisions.
