    Hello, I am reaching out in regards to a constant concern regarding a neighboring building that continuously fails to dispose of their garbage which stench seeps into the hallway next door. When trash day comes along, the trash is not being taken out on Washington Street as it should be, and if it is taken out on Harvard Street, the trash does get picked up, which further adds on to the piling of trash. Considering the current and upcoming heat that does not help the matter, we are hoping this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible.
