431-439 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116I am reporting an ongoing sanitary and pest contamination hazard at Life Alive in Back Bay. In the outdoor patio seating area, multiple dirty plates and food scraps were left unattended on customer tables for an extended period, directly attracting wild birds that were landing on tables and picking through the scraps. Additionally, the open outdoor dish-return cart had birds perching on it and scavenging from dirty dishes. This open exposure creates a serious cross-contamination and public health risk for patrons using the outdoor dining space. Please inspect their outdoor bussing protocols and pest-mitigation practices. Location: Life Alive Organic Cafe (431 Boylston St) Outdoor patio and dish-return area.
