    Traffic Violation: Intersection of Carlton Street and Commonwealth Ave. Overflow traffic coming from Carlton Street cross the trolley tracks to get across the Boston University Bridge. Traffic backs up past the trolley tracks and impedes the Commonwealth Ave traffic for multiple traffic light cycles without anyone getting through. This is a week day occurrence between the hours of 3pm-6pm.
