    Fenway dog pooper is back, part 3! This person has caught on that the city is cleaning their trash. Now they are literally creating a mound of dog poo in the middle of the sidewalk, instead of the planter, near the USPS box at the Queensberry & Kilmarnock intersection. Absolutely disgusting behavior and a health hazard. Please issue fines to this person.
