Garbage was put outby residents in wrong place on the street, was not picked up by the garbage men today. Would you please help get this garbage picked up. The residents at this corner of 422 Hanover St. and Battery St. don't seem to know where is the appropriate place to put out their garbage, this has been an ongoing problem every week.
