  • Domestic Animal Issue

    74 Fenway, Boston, MA 02115

Older couple (male, 60+ years old, fat, tan, has an accent, and Caucasian female, 50+ years old, black hair) with very small, unleashed dog named Lonnie have been repeatedly asked to put their dog on a leash. Their unleashed dog has chased other leashed dogs like mine on multiple occasions (at 11:30 pm on 6/20/26 and estimated around 10 pm sometime in February and April 2026). Separate occasions it is just the woman walking the dog off-leash. They allege that their dog recently had stomach surgery so cannot use a harness and refuse to use a collar. They were inebriated when I spoke with them about leashing, and they lack the care to pick up their own dog to keep it and others out of harms way.
