    It’s pretty interesting and completely predatory that the parking enforcement officers only uphold the parking restrictions an hour before the restriction expires. All day parking is at a minimum in Flynn Park, but like clockwork, at the end of the day, when parking is widely available all of a sudden, the parking enforcement officers appears. Do better, the area needs enforcement all day, not just at the end of the day, an hour before restrictions expire! It’s completely predatory, by every definition.
