    Construction cones taking up at least 5 HP spaces, yet no construction going on. With it being street sweeping on the odd side of Commonwealth Avenue in Brighton. There are no HP spaces. I had to park my wifes car with her HP placard 4 blocks away. Since traffic doesn’t enforce resident parking it makes it even harder. They should not be able to block off HP spaces.
