Dumpster incorrectly positioned on retaining wall…all sides need to be directly on ground level. There is a 12 foot drop to neighbor’s parking lot and dumpster must not be placed on the cement retaining wall which prevents dumpster from falling backwards during trash collection. In photo, dumpster needs to come off of the yellow cement lines.
