Sidewalk hazard

Vibration and noise from Hoot Park. I’ve got notices back saying this has been resolved and I’m sorry to say i it has not. Again 1 AM woken up because of noise and strong vibration.!This has happened multiple times., (as you can see from previous complaints) As I am standing writing this, the floor is vibrating! There is no place in my apartment that I can go to not feel the vibration and hear the humming. it’s throughout my whole apartment I do feel you’ve tried so my anger is not at you but this cannot continue. I have to sleep! Could you please advise me if there’s anything else you can do?

Please ticket and tow before 7am. Car is blocking driveway it doesn’t matter if it’s by a foot or the whole thing . I have to back an SUV out of a small driveway on a 2 way hill with parking on both sides. It’s impossible when someone blocks part of the driveway and I need to leave early in the morning. Please have someone tow this car asap. There is so much street parking available and they intentionally just squeezed behind someone and blocked the driveway. There is a pickup truck on the other side and cars parked across the street I need this towed so I can leave. The entire truck/back bumper is well beyond the curbcut - I am not going to risk being at fault if I hit them swinging out so please tow.
