  • Illegal Parking

Intersection Of Goldsmith Pl And Centre St, Jamaica Plain, Ma

Construction truck made wide and illegal turn into my lane and refused to move. The truck ended up illegally parking and blocking both lanes of the road because he turned without checking for incoming traffic. I was driving in my lane and had to abruptly brake because the truck pushed into my lane. Another construction worker then aggressively came to my car demanding that I back away multiple times, took pictures of my car, and threatened to call the police even though his driver did not check for incoming traffic. Worker was also wearing a Massachusetts police sweatshirt and when asked said he was not police. This is not only unsafe driving behavior but also an incident of aggressive intimidation by a construction company.
