Two unlicensed vehicles (“gypsy cabs”) have been parking illegally in front of Back Bay Station - 145 Dartmouth St. each evening between approximately 7 PM and 10 PM for the past two weeks. The drivers are often seen standing on or near the sidewalk calling out “taxi” to passersby. Neither vehicle displays proper taxi medallion numbers, permits, or official markings. Their behavior may present safety and regulatory concerns for both pedestrians and legitimate taxi or rideshare drivers. Please investigate these vehicles for illegal parking and unlicensed taxi operation. See attached | Case (SR) Type: [BPD: Traffic/Parking] Referred To: [POLICE: HACKNEY DIVISION]

I submitted a claim for trash that was not collected and the response was to issue a ticket this was not the residents fault but the trash collectors not doing their job. The correct response would have been to send someone to pick up the trash not give someone who did nothing wrong a ticket.
