    I’ve been putting requests and for two months regarding illegal parking down Mass Avenue by Homerun Café patrons. I just called 911 regarding the student no response to my multiple requests. I am documenting this per instructions by my local civic association. The patrons are blocking a traffic lane parking their cars, also blocking driveways at times.
