Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

This construction company is constantly blocking the side walk and hydrant. Something serious need to be done. They are arrogant and claim to be friends with the Mayor and Inspections service. They should start being fined. Don't bother sending someone out days after this because obviously they would have left. This is on Saturday morning and they also are blocking the street and illegal parking

Rats on Saint Germain St have burrowed in the front garden of 54 Saint Germain. This is the basement window on your left when facing the building from the street.
