    Street parking signage requires clarification on Kinross St between Comm Ave and Sutherland. For the past 3 yrs, parking on either side of Kinross between comm Ave and kilsyth has been a ticketable offense . However in the last few months, more cars are parking on both sides of Kinross overnight, often partially obstructing cars parked off-street.
