I submitted 101006756231 about 15 days ago, after I saw a rat in the yard at 3 Islington Ter. Inspector's reply said no activity was found. Since then, I spoke with several Islington Terrace neighbors. One saw a large rat in the 3 Islington Ter. yard last week, in the middle of the day! The rat was very bold and not intimidated by people. Another Terrace neighbor said she sees lots of rats at 3 Islington Ter. and a saw big rat on the back deck. She said the tenants seem to use the back deck as a dining area. They leave food out, and she said she's seeing more rats than before. She regularly walks her dog, so she's in and out of the house more often than we are, and out in the evening hours. The new residents also regularly leave trash in the front yard of 3 Islington Ter., which another neighbor admitted she's picking up. Since the property changed ownership, there are seem to be a lot more unrelated people living there and they seem to come and go (unsure of the leasing situation and if it's a boarding house.) It definitely seems more transitory in the past. As always, thanks so much.
