Alford St & Cambridge St
“No left turn” sign needed at Alford Street onto Maffa Way. Cars will take left turns when the green light opens at the Alford Street light towards Cambridge Street, but that green light opens at the same time the pedestrian crossing signal opens to cross Rutherford ave just a few yards away. This results in cars coming from Alford onto Maffa onto Rutherford thinking they have the right of way while pedestrians are signaled they have the right of way to cross Rutherford. We’ve encountered many dangerous situations crossing the Rutherford Ave crosswalk because of this issue.
