New parking kiosks create new problem—no one knows where to park now. We specially designed this tree fence to allow drivers to open their door, as that’s where a car ends up if all spaces filled. Today, you’ll see that the car to the left just randomly parked, leaving 1.5 spots in front of it. So annoying! Maybe better for City coffers, but means fewer effective parking spaces for us, due to inconsiderate or clueless parkers…
