This is commercial trash from Table Mercato blocking sidewalk on Salutation St! This is not acceptable at all and nothing being done to stop it. Where is inspectional services and board of health while we have to walk by this all day long. Rats eating at bags during the day. Totally unacceptable on a Friday at 3. Not to mention motorbikes and cars blocking the street while they pick up their food. No street or sidewalk access for residents. To our North End reps, where are you!
