11-15 Spaulding St, Boston
Hello, the house at #15 Spaulding Street was sold. The new owner is gutting out the house with only a dumpster permit. The van in the attached photo shows that demolition is taking place. A neighbor on our street checked and found out that he did not pull any other permits. I live/own a home on Spaulding Street, I and my neighbors are very concerned that the new owner of #15 Spaulding Street is converting it from a 2-family to a 3 family without going through the proper permitting/approval process with the City of Boston. It seems this guy is a developer who is not doing things the right way. We want this matter investigated immediately! Also, want to be updated on all actions regarding this report so I can share out with my neighbors. Thank you!
