    Unfamiliar pickup truck parked in front of my apartment on 12 Pinehurst Street. I have never seen it before and it parked in front of my apartment before the snow storm and has not moved or cleared off any snow. It is blocking a portion of the road from being plowed and also is parked on the curb.
