Neighbor (1st/ ground floor at 59 Clarendon in South End) has been keeping several chickens/livestock in their back area, which is within a very crowded shared courtyard area for dozens of people. Not only is there likely a sanitation issue, as these chickens are very close to the buildings and neighbors around, but they have been screaming/ screeching non stop so that the screaming is very loud even with the doors closed (can even be heard from the street). This seems not only illegal but is incredibly disruptive. Can this be looked into ASAP? I can also provide recordings of the screeching (all day starting at 5:30am). Photos are from my window.
