Multiple vehicles parked in front of building on a 15 minute limit drop off/pick up spot since 12:00AM

Every night when I walk my dog, I see at least 1-2 rats going in and out of the garden right next to Playground at Carleton St. this is generally a 5 min walk, so I’d imagine it’s much worse. But the past 2 nights around midnight I’ve seen a rat run into the playground itself. This seems like a health risk for the children, so wanted to let you know. I have also seen 2 during the day over the past week, one by 65 st botolph st that looked ill, and one outside Louis Corner (restaurant) that appeared injured. In general we also see them quite frequently running around outside 89-95 st botolph, and down follen street. I’m new to the area so unsure if this is normal activity, but seeing rats that are potentially carrying diseases or poison on a playground that is mostly toddlers crawling around seems a bit egregious.
