Recycling and trash barrels left out- not properly stored away. Weekly issue and the neighborhood has to look at these for a week. Please fine. Also a mattress left out and needs to be collected. Tenant doesn’t know how to call and ask for the mattress to be picked up and leaves for everyone else to deal with.
