Snow Plowing/Salting

We have been away for several weeks and returned home to find that a city plow cleared space in our alley parking spot by placing all the snow in our empty parking spot. Neighbors witnessed this and they were told by the driver that if no one is in the spot we need some where to put the snow. This is unacceptable. I need to park there. Please have someone remove this. We are in the alley way between West Concord and Worcester St. public alley way 706.
