Human waste leaking from backed up pipes in ceiling of subsidized AHVP voucher apartment in boston housing affiliated satellite building mercantile wharf . Property managment is aware and it is a constructive eviction / retaliation effort on their behalf. Cracks and punctures in ceiling made during a 6 week displacement and illegal lock out are destroying tenants property and health. Tenant has samples and is having them lab tested, city has not helped tenant whatsoever with this voucher rental and 9 months of uninhabitable conditions .
