  • Park Groundskeeping

William J Day Blvd & William T Morrissey Blvd

There is a group of bicyclists who set up markers and use Moakley Park as a track. 1. It is dangerous for 20-30 bicyclists to be riding at the speeds they are riding through a public park. I didn't know I was in the middle of the group until they were whizzing by me and my dog. Scary. Especially at dusk/dark. 2. The grounds are being ripped up. This is unacceptable. The bicyclists shouldn't be using Moakley as their city race track. I have seen them there in the evenings between 6:30pm-8pm on Wed. They meet on the far end by the State Police. The tracks they are making are evident and we'll defined.
