    At 435pm, black Denali plate #1GWC93 attempted to overtake a school bus with its flashing lights on. I passed in front of the school bus and held my hand out to make him stop and proceeds to pass the bus and stop in front of me and honk. I, and a father from a child on the bus told him what he did/was doing was illegal- he didn’t care, laid on his horn and peeled off when I stepped out of the way.
