    74 F St Unit 1 continues to have trash cans on the street without lids. Because of this, we’re seeing frequent rodent activity behind 74 F Street on Bowen St. They’ve been notified multiple times and still haven’t put lids on the cans or replaced them. Rats can be seen going in and out of the cans after dark and eating the trash. Please send a 311 agent out to resolve this.
