    Ongoing issue involving an individual illegally soliciting passengers near Back Bay Station. Location: Dartmouth Street outside Back Bay Station, Boston, MA Vehicle: White Ravi 4 no taxi or Livrey advertisement on car License Plate: 5DVJ77 Behavior: The driver has been seen daily this week parked near the station, calling out to people exiting the station and attempting to pick up customers on the sidewalk, yelling “taxi.” This activity appears to be an unlicensed solicitation of fares, which creates confusion for passengers and violates regulations. It has been observed that there are several different vehicles involved in this illegal gypsy can business outside the Back Bay Station
