    Not sure why earlier reports were closed. AC and trash still all over the street and sidewalk. With Thanksgiving this week we have lots of friends and family coming to visit and it's so embarrassing / a safety and health hazard to have all of this strewn about. Poop bags added to the mix this time. Can someone please remove? Is there someone else to email/notify? Mayor Wu's office perhaps? At a loss for how downhill this 311 reporting has gotten - you used to remove everything right away and beacon hill was always so pristine :( now you close reports when nothing has been removed.
