Across from 68 West Springfield St. in the South End. A giant steaming mound of human feces left behind by the drug addicts from Mass and Cass. They continue to use our sidewalks and roads as toilets. I thought you provided them all with shelters, Mayor Wu? And still no category on 311 for illegal dumping of human waste.
