Abandoned Vehicle

These vehicles have been abandoned here for over 2 years. This is the 3rd time I've contacted BOS 311 and nothing has been done. There is no poo barking for the residents that live here and pay taxes. The trash collection can't get down the street and neither can deliveries. Please help and tow these junks away.
