20 Flagship Ave, BostonNoise at the anchor with loud speakers volume. Some type of announcer. Its a Monday night the neighborhood is dead quiet, but the anchor so loud. Please have them turn down volume. It's echoing throughout the neighborhood. Oh just got worse. I have windows closed.

Antwerp St & Cygnet StSomeone killed a rabbit and hung it on an electrical box in full view of the public sidewalk. Lots of kids in the neighborhood walking home from school got to see this. Yes, it’s on private property; if I kill a dog and hang it on my porch in full view of the public sidewalk will you all just keep closing any tickets about it? Or could you actually do something about the very disturbing dead animal someone has displayed for the neighborhood. Thanks.
