    Can the city please reevaluate the traffic light walk signal situation. There should not be a walk signal on one street while the traffic has a green light to turn onto the same street. Today I witnessed a car turning at the same time a preschool was cross g the street and hit multiple children. The car had the green light and the pedestrians had the walk signal. The preschool teachers were also in the crosswalk but the car had the light. It is confusing to everyone so please stop.
