    Snow from car blocking sidewalk. Snow from a vehicle dig out has been shoveled onto the public sidewalk, partially obstructing pedestrian access. The vehicle appears to be non-local (out of state plates) and the owner is unknown. Sidewalk is passable and narrowed and poses an accessibility issue. Location: 43 Saint Margaret St, Dorchester
