617-633 Shawmut Ave, Boston, MA 02118Fireworks being set off at 1 am by known gang members, who allowed children to light them thus endangering the children's safety. They continued doing so even after being spoken to by police. They were allowed to create massive noise disturbance and traffic jams, with zero consequences by the police and the city
