    I live at 34 lee street in Jamaica Plain 02130. 2 weeks ago one of my blue recycle bins disappeared on trash day. I waited a few weeks in case one of my neighbors mistakenly took it but it has not reappeared and it is very clearly marked so I doubt it will reappear. Can I get another?
