There is an uncapped needle, the walkway at Trinity Church, the Boylston Street and the Clarendon Street corner. The first picture is the needle the second picture. I tried to get a better location.

I submitted BCS 00312006 about streetlights in alley out. They are on. They might come on a bit too late because it was very dark in the alley at the time: but they work. (The picture is deceiving due to phone so ignore that)
