    The public indecency - urinating in public, between people’s homes along the parade route - was WORSE than EVER. having police at intersections was great but having them walk between blocks occasionally would have been useful. Instead our property smells like stale urine! Another classy byproduct of the parade that wrecks our property EVERY year.
