    Overgrown grown city lot ! With rat burrows in it! Rats running in and out of this eyesore! Every year the same problem with this lot. This city just refuses to do anything that makes sense for the neighborhoods that actually try to beautify the city neighborhoods! We can’t do it alone! Less crime when areas are monitored and cared for by both residents, city officials like patrolling and code enforcement 🤷🏾‍♂️ijs
