1P Charles St, Boston, MA 02116I am writing to complain about the noise level of the African Festival taking place today (Saturday, Aug 15) on the Common at the Charles and Beacon Corner. It has been going on all day and is not music or singing or dancing. It is yelling and noise pollution! Please do not schedule them to come back without limits as to noise level.
